3. Quotes & Payment

  • Quotes provided are valid for the period stated and are subject to change if the scope of work changes;
  • Fees are payable in accordance with the schedule set out in the applicable proposal or agreement;
  • Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes;
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of NUX Technology or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of work products created during a client engagement will be governed by the relevant project agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access and approvals, and any materials reasonably required. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUX Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable project agreement. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
